Dark Kiss on sale for the first time ever!

For the first time since publishing Dark Kiss I am letting it go for .99¢ on Amazon for 48 hours only! I've never felt the need to put my books on sale but I want everyone to be able to pick it up NOW! If you start soon you should have time to read it along with Dark Thief before Dark Love is released on May 27th! Dark Thief has just been added to Amazon Kindle Unlimited so essentially you can get both books for less than a dollar!  So if you're a slow reader HURRY! If you're not HURRY anyway! Can you tell I'm a little excited about finishing this trilogy? It's been a long time coming and these two really deserve some serious happiness!

Reviewing...it's easier than you think!

Reviews are so important to authors, I mean seriously really really important! It's a powerful way to recommend our books to others as well as a way to help us improve on our craft. I know for some it feels like judging an author and to some extent it is, but let's face it, we need to know what you  think of our work. Another excuse for not writing a review is "I just don't know what to say, or how to put how I feel into words." Here are my recommendations for you, start with the basics, name of the book, author, where it's available and then a brief description of the story for example. "Dark Kiss is the story of a billionaire restaurant and night club owner who is in a terrible car accident, he winds up in the ICU where his nurse Mia gives him a reason to live." The rest doesn't have to be long or detailed, just let us know if you enjoyed the book or not and why. I've written two sentence reviews before when I don't have much time, especially when the book is part of a series or trilogy and I can't wait to see what happens in book two or three! The idea is go give feedback and spread the word when you find something you love. So you see reviews don't need to be a big deal, just be honest and speak from the heart and the review should write itself.

Excerpt from Dark Love book #3 in The Two Sides of Me trilogy

I will never again be that woman who was afraid of life, who kept her love locked away deep inside, hiding it, sheltering it from anyone who might hurt me again. Taking risks was never my thing but now that seems to be all I do, one after another. Evan has pushed me to be brave and open but most importantly he has taught me to trust. I trust him with my most prized possession, my heart, but I also trust him with my body and my soul, my spirit and my essence. The me I used to be has been forever changed into who I am today and I adore him for helping me along that journey. He makes me strong and weak at the same time, I am powerful and powerless simultaneously. Our devotion is equal, I give he takes, he takes I give, the way it’s supposed to be.

Dark Love is the ending of the epic love story of Evan Lawson and Mia Galloway. Dark Kiss and Dark Thief are available on Amazon now so hurry and get started if you haven't already! Dark Love is due to release May 27, 2015. If you enjoy reading secret excerpts you will want to join my street team Amy's Army. Members work to promote my work through social media, enter and collect votes for contests and read/review ARC's of my latest work and attend events that I am a part of. In return I provide free ARC's, sneak peek of upcoming covers, swag, excerpts from works in progress and the friendship of an awesome group of ladies! If you are interested please email me at amylynngarcia43@gmail.com or PM one of my PA's Stephanie Allen or Julie Minton on Facebook. I look forward to adding you to my team soon! I'll leave you today with the synopsis for upcoming Dark Love and of course a teaser!

One step forward two steps back, that’s how it’s always been for Mia and Evan. The love they share is rare and unique, crossing boundaries and overcoming obstacles. Together they just might have a chance at a happy life, but if one falls the other is destined to crumble, living without one another is not an option. You go. I go.
It’s dangerous to love so hard that life doesn’t seem worth living without your other half. Evan walked a tightrope between life and death choosing life when he heard Mia coaxing him to wake from a coma. Now they must balance together, taking turns catching the other before they fall. Determined to make a new life for Mia and himself Evan tirelessly focuses on erasing the man he used to be. Stamping out all traces of the homicidal DOM mafia leader he was before his accident. But around every bend there seems to be yet another reminder of the man everyone calls the Beast. Mia struggles with the stories and confessions of Evan’s past, but imagining a life without him is unfathomable. Evan and Mia must learn to trust and forgive, forget and move forward…but even when they are both on the same page, someone or something seems to be standing in their way, waiting to steal their happily ever after…

Q&A's are eye opening!

I was asked at a take over yesterday to do an interview for a blog and of course I accepted. I'll post a link when the blog features it. I was thinking last night though while answering the questions, which took me forever by the way, that you can really learn a lot about yourself doing this. I've answered basic questions but some of these were difficult, and I love that! Challenge me and I'm a happy girl! Someone should develop some kind of self help therapy out of deep insightful interview questions! Ok that's all for today, I've got to get back to Dark Love, as always I'll leave you with a teaser. Happy Wednesday!

Welcome to Monday!

TGIM! As a person who works weekends I love Monday, it's my Friday! Let's start off the week with an update on The Two Sides of Me trilogy and it's progress. Currently I have written through chapter 23, whoohoo! I'm also on the hunt for songs to title the chapters with. It's a long  process combing through song after song for that perfect one that correlates with content in each chapter. I also have great news about the release date for Dark Love, I've chosen one! May 27, 2015 it will be available on Amazon, finally I know I know!  I can't imagine what I'll do without Evan and Mia, it's going to be a bittersweet goodbye to my first beloved characters. Have no fear though!  I do have a few stunning leading male characters and the women who love them circling around in my mind just waiting to be written about. Working on Dark Love I've been stewing about the ending. This will be a first for me as you well know, I will not be leaving you dangling off of that sharp steep cliff this time around! I actually have to end the story,  as in type the words THE END! It's simultaneously exciting and melancholy.
As always I'll leave you with the latest teaser for Dark Love, I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday with much love, happiness, chocolate and eggs!  <3
